Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stash iOS application (the "App") operated by Qualia Corp. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (e.g., article URLs). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the App's features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Circumvent any security or access controls.
• Use the App to transmit harmful, infringing, or unauthorized content.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including software, design, and branding — are owned by Qualia Corp. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Gemini API). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Qualia Corp. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Future Changes to Business Model

We currently offer the App free of charge. In the future, we may introduce an advertising-supported free tier and a paid ad-free version. If we make such changes, we will update these Terms and notify existing users in advance before any such changes take effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
